BBI staff includes factory-trained programmers expert in both AMX and Crestron audiovisual control systems. In addition, the company has extensive experience programming and controlling Peavey Media Matrix audio signal processing products. In addition to supporting BBI installations, BBI programmers offer their services on a contract basis to other system integrators and end users.

BBI also develops code for embedded microprocessors, DSPs and Windows-based user interfaces.
